Then, after your approval, in order to secure the transfer booking, we’ll only need to receive your credit card details, i.e. card holder name, card number and expiry date, which will be needed to guarantee the reservation only.

What do the quotes include?
The rates we propose are always per vehicle and not per person. They include the comfortable transportation by a chauffeur driven car for the kind of service you are going to book (transfer, city visit, or else) and also include all taxes and service charges. They never include: tips for the driver, porterage service, entrance fees, private tour guides, meals or else, unless specifically mentioned on your offer.
Are there any extra costs?
Unless otherwise stated, the only extra costs which may be added to our quotes are related to the arrival/departure schedules, i.e. a night service surcharge which applies for transportation services between 10:00 PM and 07:00 AM (+20% of the relevant rate). Anyway, this will be highlighted on the quote we will reconfirm you after you’ll communicate us the flight/ship details.
How can I pay for a Transfer Service to rometours365.com?
Even the payment is easy for a transfer in Italy by rometours365.com. Indeed, securing your booking by providing us with your credit card details, as explained at the previous question, will entitle you to pay for the transfer service to the driver upon arrival either cash or by credit card. What about the luggage I can carry with me?
Luggage allowance is of one piece per person (medium sized case). One piece of hand luggage per person is also allowed, but it will have to be small enough to be carried on your lap, if necessary. If you plan to bring big cases with you or more luggage pieces than the ones which we officially foresee, kindly inform us accordingly in order to allow us to verify that issue and avoid any problem in advance. If it would happen that you’ll bring unexpected extra luggage which cannot fit into the vehicle, you will be held responsible for all the inconvenience caused and will unfortunately be asked to cover any additional costs related to the extra luggage transfer.
Where will I meet the driver and how long will he be waiting for me?
It’ll very easy to find your driver and the vehicle waiting for you on arrival. It simply depends on the service you booked, as follows:
– Fiumicino Airport:
Exiting from the luggage claim area, just after the Custom, you’ll enter into the airport Arrival Hall passing through opaque, sliding doors. Please head left immediately and walk for about 35 feet, reaching a huge, burnt orange painted pole showing a signage in English saying “Meeting Point). Your driver will be waiting for you there with a sign showing your name.
– Ciampino Airport:
This airport is much smaller than Fiumicino and there isn’t a “Meeting Point” yet, so your driver will be waiting for you just in the Arrival Hall, just after the Custom area, after the sliding doors. He’ll be showing a sign with your name.
– Civitavecchia Port:
Walking down along your cruise ship gangway, you’ll find your driver and its vehicle just at the small area all the limousines are parked. Also in this case, our driver will be waiting for you there with a sign showing your name.
– Hotel Pick-up:
Our driver will at the hotel looking for you at the agreed time and will ask the receptionist to inform you about his arrival. Kindly always check that he is the rometours365.com driver, in order to avoid to be scammed
– Other meeting points:
Always refer to the details listed on the voucher rometours365.com sent you for the service you booked.
Remarks:
If you are unable to locate your driver for any reason on arrival, it is your responsibility to duly call the phone number shown on your voucher, before making any alternative arrangement. Failure to do so will entail the loss of any refund.
If your pick up/drop off details will change after you’ll receive our voucher, please email us immediately, in order to amend services accordingly and, if there is enough time for that, to send you an amended voucher.
Unless otherwise stated, waiting time is 1 hour after the agreed pick-up time. After this time the vehicle will be released. For any unexpected event that should occur, you are asked to inform the driver accordingly, by calling the mobile phone number shown on your voucher. Failure to do so, will result as a “No-Show” and will entail the loss of any refund.
Anyway, you do not need to worry if you know that your flight is delayed on the departure day, before you leave your country, as we will check the airport arrival information in advance and will adjust your pick-up time accordingly.
And please don’t worry about the time you will need to collect your luggage: we are already aware about this issue.
How long will it take in Rome for reaching the airports?
Generally we suggest to schedule the pick-up from the hotels in Rome to the airports or to Civitavecchia port about three and a half hours before your flight schedules or your ship departure time. Anyway this time may be amended (earlier, not later) according to your needs, only by agreeing this issue in advance at the time of booking. Anyway you are kindly requested to be ready about 10 minutes before the agreed pick-up time.
Will my driver speak English?
English speaking drivers are not always available for any service. If you strictly need an English speaking for any reason, kindly highlight this in your request, explaining us the reason of your request, in order to allow us to duly satisfy all the requests according to their relevance.
Which is your cancellation policy?
In order to minimize any inconvenience to our valuable customers, we decided to reduce the terms related to the cancellation policy to the shortest terms possible.
– Up to 5 days before arrival – No Charges
– Less than 5 days: 50% of transfer price will unfortunately be debited on your credit card as cancellation fees.
– No-Show: 100% of transfer price will unfortunately be debited on your credit card as cancellation fees.
Do I have to tip the driver?
We prefer not to include ‘compulsory’ tips in our quotes and leave people free to decide their amount, according to their appreciation of the driver’s job.
