CONFIRMATION:

AIRPORT TRANSFER:

TRANSFER FROM / TO MOLO CRUISES:

TOUR AND EXCURSIONS:

PICK UP TIME:

Our airport "Meet & Wait" rates include a waiting time of 60 minutes after the flight has officially landed and parking fees. An additional cost of € 25.00 (€) per hour will be charged for the waiting time for the sedan; € 30.00 (€) for Van and € 35.00 (€) per hour for other vehicles. 90 minutes of waiting our driver will be free to leave the airport and will be considered a NO SHOW and will be charged. Our Dock Meet & Wait rates include a 30-minute wait time after your scheduled pickup time. An additional cost of € 25.00 (€) per hour will be charged for the waiting time for the sedan; € 30.00 (€) for Van and € 35.00 (€) per hour for other vehicles. 45 minutes of waiting our driver will be free to leave the airport and will be considered a NO SHOW and will be charged. If we have arranged a trip to the airport (or any other destination) and keep our driver waiting for more than 15 minutes, our driver will be free to leave the scheduled pickup area and will be considered a NO SHOW and will be charged BAGGAGE: Our company and its drivers reserve the right to refuse assistance to passengers with excess baggage that could make the vehicle insecure. In this case it will be considered a NO SHOW and will be charged. Please be sure to reserve the appropriate vehicle if you have extra baggage (for example, requesting a van instead of a sedan).

EXTRA SERVICE:

Rates may vary ONLY if passengers ask the driver to wait or make extra stops or withdrawals. We inform our customers that our private tours and the duration of the excursions are approximate, in case of disposal of the car lasts longer than the estimated time, extra hours will be charged for additional costs.

CANCELLATION:

All cancellations of our customers must be made only in writing via e-mail (no text, no voicemail, no phone calls or third parties) and must be recognized by our company in the same way. The cancellation date will determine if cancellation fees can be applied. a) No charge for cancellations related to transfers made at least 2 days (48 hours) or more before the date of service. In case of prepaid services a full refund will be made, (less the Stripe fee) if within the cancellation terms (72 hours). c) No cancellation of charges (excluding train tickets, entrance tickets and anything else must be purchased in advance) for the Multidays package made at least 50 days prior to the date of the services. In case of prepaid services a full refund will be made, if within the cancellation terms. No charge in case of cancellation of the flight due to the airline or in case the ship does not arrive. we accept VISA / MASTERCARD / JCB and AMEX. No additional costs applied. You will receive an email with voucher that we received your PREPAID. TRANSPORT: Transport is provided exclusively by drivers and professional vehicles insured with a regular license issued by the municipality of Rome or its province, in which their remittances or operational offices are located. our cars and Van will leave from them in order to pick up passengers everywhere and accompany them to any destination in Italy and Europe by virtue of the New Legislative Decree 143/2018
